Shapo, as he is affectionately called, has already established himself a top competitor having risen to world number 23 this year. His breakout in 2017 featured a huge win over then world no. 2 Rafael Nadal at the Rogers Cup in Montreal.

Meanwhile his best bud on the tour Felix holds the record for youngest to crack the ATP top 800 at 14-years-old and is the youngest since Rafael Nadal to crack the top 200.
